We ship with Nova Poshta across Ukraine. Order before 2 pm — it leaves today.
Same-day dispatch
Mon–Sat: orders placed before 2 pm ship the same day. After 2 pm and on Sunday — next working day.
Tracking number
Once the parcel is handed over, the tracking number appears in your account and is sent to you.

Returns & exchange
If a spool arrives damaged or in the wrong colour — message us on Telegram with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
Unwanted items in intact packaging can be returned within 14 days under Ukrainian consumer law. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
Opened filament and made-to-order models cannot be returned — same as in other filament stores.
